Hey there. :) Sorry for late response.
There is no big secret, you just have to remove all bad eating habits. Little bit of working out and there you are. What is important is that you must not starve yourself cause then you can get some serious health problems. The path to good looking is not easy and fast. But you have to learn how to control your will. Just always remember your main goal. To get to big happiness( thin body ) you have to give up on small happiness( unhealthy food in huge amounts ). :) So basically that would be it. :D
